Greetings and respect
While congratulating you on the birth of your dear baby, we remind you that you have a deadline from the day of birth until 10 days after that to bring the original birth certificate (parents) to the Birth Certificate Issuance Unit located on non-holidays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Visit the administrative corridor of our hospital.
Otherwise, the issuance of the certificate will be subject to going through the administrative process and paying a fine to the Civil Registry.
Please make sure your baby is vaccinated before discharge.
Vaccination is done on all days of the week, even on holidays, from 9 am to 12 noon.
Necessary instructions regarding audiometry and thyroid test will be given at the same time as the vaccination card is delivered.
