The treatment costs of this center are in accordance with the approved tariffs.
Daily meeting is from 14:00 to 16:00.
At all hours of the day and night, each patient can have 1 companion in each room.
Do not allow children under 1 year old to enter the hospital.
For private rooms, 2 food presses (one patient meal and one companion meal) and for public rooms 1 patient food press are served. Upon request, patients and companions of all types of hospital rooms, both public and private, have the right to choose the type and number of food presses.
Meals are served at the following times:
Breakfast, 6:45 to 7
Lunch, 12:30 to 13:00
Dinner, 18:30 to 19:00

Morning snack, 6:45 to 7
Evening snack, 15:30
In order to perform any treatment or surgery, the informed consent of the patient and his legal guardian is required, which is obtained at the time of admission.
Allocating the equipment bag to the patient is completely optional and following the patient’s request.
In order to inform the patients about their rights and that of the staff, signs of the charter of patient and staff rights have been installed in all departments.
In order to inform the patients about the position of the personnel, a board covering the personnel according to the position has been installed in all departments.
In this center, the hygiene principles are fully observed and all the patient’s personal items, including clothes, sheets, gowns, and surgical gowns are disposable.
All patients are visited daily by a doctor.
For the well-being of patients in performing their religious duties, the hospital prayer room is available in the premises and all the facilities are available in the wards, which is assisted by the nursing station.
Do not put food waste and food containers without lids in the refrigerator and on top of the trash cans.
Smoking inside the hospital is prohibited.
For the well-being of patients, avoid talking on mobile phones in the wards due to interference with the devices.

In the morning shifts, call the internal numbers of the quality improvement office (211 and 177) and in the evening and night shifts, call the internal numbers of the supervisor (409).
Complete the survey form and drop it in the suggestion/criticism box installed in the hospital entrance hall and ward corridor.
Before handing over the check-out sheet, register your opinion through the satisfaction measuring device available in the clearance unit.
Avoid bringing valuables to the hospital as much as possible.
It should be noted that the hospital has no obligation towards your personal belongings and property, so be diligent in taking care of it.
