Description of the duties of the educational supervisor:
The educational supervisor is a nurse who is responsible for the educational activities of the health center
is responsible for treatment.
The description of the duties of the educational supervisor based on the principles of management is as follows:
1- Obtaining orders and work plans from the director of nursing services.
2- Determining the training needs of all personnel (short-term, medium-term, long-term).
3- Determining the educational needs (assistants/patients, different categories of nursing personnel and new personnel) keeping in mind
Priorities.
4- Development of continuous and documented educational programs to meet existing educational needs (assistants/patients, staff members

5- Preparing and adjusting appropriate tools to evaluate the performance and educational activities of related departments.
6- Preparation and adjustment of appropriate evaluation tools related to the services needed by clients.
7-Conducting orientation training for new personnel
8- Proposing the preparation of books, magazines, pamphlets and educational aids to improve the level of awareness of nursing staff.
9- Development of continuous training programs for special groups (cardiopulmonary resuscitation code group, unexpected events, infection control
and)…
10- Forming the education committee.
11- Suggesting the formation of continuous and regular training classes according to the program of the educational community of the relevant unit.
12- Creating incentive fields for the active participation of personnel in educational and research activities
13- Cooperation and participation in the monitoring and control of units to extract educational needs.
14- Cooperation and participation in continuous training of nursing personnel.
15- Cooperation and coordination with the supervisor of Yen in the matter of education.
16- Cooperation and coordination with supervisors in order to improve the level of education.
17- Active participation in seminars, congresses to provide effective and more effective methods in providing services.

23- Registering and reporting all educational activities to the director of nursing services.
24- Controlling and supervising the trainings conducted in the relevant units by using appropriate expression.
25- Controlling and monitoring the existence of educational facilities and conditions in the units.
26- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training conducted through:
Quality audit control of services provided
Checking employee satisfaction
Checking employee satisfaction
27- Controlling and supervising the active participation of different categories of nursing (in different shifts) in educational programs.
28- Participation in the personnel continuous evaluation committee.
29- Carrying out other affairs of the area according to the orders of the superior.
